Changes coming to our Dugald and Winnipeg Beach branch locations

Over the course of the last several years, the volume of in-branch and ATM transactions at both Dugald and Winnipeg Beach has decreased significantly, as many members are now choosing to utilize alternate banking channels (online, mobile app, telephone, point-of-sale) and locations in Access’ wider branch network.

Dugald Branch Details
This closure will also impact the ATM outside the branch. All existing members of the Dugald branch can continue to conduct their business at the Oakbank branch (40 Co-op Drive, Unit 2), or any of our other branches located throughout Manitoba, with no changes to their membership number or account numbers.

Winnipeg Beach Details
This closure will also impact the ATM outside the branch. All existing members of the Winnipeg Beach branch can continue to conduct their business at the Gimli branch (34 Centre Street), or any of our other branches located throughout Manitoba, with no changes to their membership number or account numbers.

If you have a safe deposit box at the Winnipeg Beach branch, please remove the contents and transfer to another Access Credit Union Branch before September 30, 2023. Inquiries regarding your safe deposit box can be directed to the staff at Gimli Branch:

We also offer other convenient banking services such as online and mobile banking, ATM service at any credit union ATM in Manitoba (with no additional charge), or telephone banking. Our Member Solutions Centre (MSC) is also available for support at 1.800.264.2926 or through our website’s online chat feature. Members can complete most day-to-day transactions with our MSC staff including bill payments.

Dugald and Winnipeg Beach staff will not be affected by the closure as they will be offered other positions within Access Credit Union.
